Accommodations & Travel
With Nurse4U, rest assured that your accommodations and travel
arrangements are always well taken care of!
Accommodation arrangements may vary depending on your assignment, but we ensure that you have a comfortable place to stay. For most assignments, we offer shared accommodations located close to the healthcare facility, often within walking distance. In certain locations, you'll have the option of single accommodations or family-friendly, pet-friendly arrangements. Alternatively, if you prefer to make your own accommodation and travel plans, you can do so and be reimbursed accordingly. Whether you choose to stay with friends or family or arrange your favorite hotel or B&B, we'll work with you to make it possible. Our goal is to provide furnished housing whenever possible, located within walking distance of the healthcare facility, ensuring a smoke-free environment. You can expect bedding, linens, towels, and, in most cases, access to TV and WiFi services.
Travel
Whether you're traveling by air or car to your assignment location, Nurse4U is here to assist you throughout the journey. Our dedicated in-house travel coordinators will pre-plan all flights and travel arrangements for you. Approximately 7 days before your assignment start date, you'll receive an itemized itinerary to keep you informed and organized. If you choose to drive to your assignment, our travel department can help you select the best routes, book interim travel as needed, and keep in touch with you along the way to ensure a smooth trip. Your comfort and convenience are our priority, so you can focus on what truly matters – providing exceptional care as a valued member of Nurse4U's healthcare team.
